New tenants line up to join phase two of The Interlock

With phase one of West Midtown’s mixed-use hotspot The Interlock nearly fully leased, several new tenants have signed on to join phase two of the project, located adjacent to the current property at the intersection of Ethel and Northside Drive. The second phase of the project is currently under construction. 

Recently signed new leases for phase two include Starbucks, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Salon Lofts and Five Guys. Phase two will be anchored by a 42,000-square-foot Publix grocery store, 670 rooms for Georgia Tech student housing, 275,000 square feet of commercial space and limited restaurant opportunities.

The Interlock serves as school supply donation location for two local schools

The Interlock, a $450 million mixed-use center with unparalleled entertainment, living and dining, office space and outdoor connections, amenities and parks, is serving as a donation location for Atlanta Unbound Academy and The B.E.S.T. Academy to collect school supplies for the 2022-23 school year.

Through the end of August, The Interlock will be accepting school supply donations for both area schools in the property management office located on the first level of The Interlock’s lobby. Those interested in donating can stop by Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Interlock announces fall 5K benefiting Atlanta Humane Society

The Interlock, a $750 million mixed-use project with unparalleled entertainment, living and dining, office space and outdoor connections, amenities and parks, is adding an annual 5K event to its robust lineup of community activities.

Dubbed The Interlock Fall Crawl 5K, this year’s race is presented by Run for It! Productions with proceeds benefiting the Atlanta Humane Society.

It’s Almost Time to Eat, Drink, and Party Poolside on the Roof of the Interlock

Owned by Slater Hospitality, the group behind Ponce City Market rooftop amusement park Skyline Park and restaurant Nine Mile Station, expect a sprawling 300-seat restaurant serving what’s described as “coastal European” fare, a lush garden-like outdoor bar and lounge called the Grove, and a pool complete with views of the Atlanta skyline, sun loungers and private cabanas, and its own indoor bar.
